This chair was created by Cate & Nelson to commemorate the 25th anniversary of design brand Blå Station. That’s why it’s called B25. It’s made of round birch wood ring and natural leather from Tärnsjö Tannery. The idea is to create a chair like members of family, it’s not a single item of furniture, but a small series. First the round ring of birch was used in 1986 for Börge Lindau’s Oblado, it became iconic. Now the same feature is used in B25. The covered back assumes its intended shape once it has been fitted in place in the ring. This stylish piece of furniture in a variety of vivid colors will be ideal for any living room.
